ABOUT CONVENTION

The 2018 BURGER KING® Convention, Orlando is scheduled for November 11-13, 2018.

Convention events will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Please review the Agenda for more details.

Formal wear for the BURGER KING McLAMORE℠ Foundation Dinner. Business casual for all other Convention functions, please wear BURGER KING®-branded clothing if possible.

  • Early Bird Fee: $250 USD per person (For the first four Attendees) and $50 USD per person for any additional attendees (Valid until August 31st)
  • Registration Fee: $400 USD per person (Valid until October 18th)

Refunds and cancellations will be processed upon approval from RBI. A valid reason for cancelling attendance should be provided. Deadline for cancellation requests is October 18th.

In order to make your on-site registration as smooth as possible, please submit name changes to registration@BKConventionOrlando.com by October 18, 2018.

BK® Divisional Breakouts and Franchisee Best Practices will be held on Tuesday, November 13, from 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. For more information, please visit the Agenda page.


REGISTRATION, HOTEL & ACCOMMODATIONS

The cost per night for a standard room is outlined below. Please note that rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis during Convention dates (November 11-13) and are subject to availability. If you will be attending the Closing Party, please select November 14 as your check-out date.

  • Hyatt Regency Orlando: $249.00 USD (single/double occupancy) plus taxes and fees (subject to availability)
  • Rosen Centre Hotel: $239.00 USD (single/double occupancy) plus taxes and fees (subject to availability)
  • Rosen Plaza Hotel: $219.00 USD (single/double occupancy) plus taxes and fees (subject to availability)
  • Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel: $249.00 USD (single/double occupancy) plus taxes and fees (subject to availability)

All attendees will be responsible for their own transportation between the airport and the hotel of their choice.

You are more than welcome to bring your children, however, please note that anyone under the age of 21 cannot access Convention events.

Should you require paid child care, external services can be arranged by contacting Kids Night Out. Please visit their website for more information and to contact them for rates. They can also be reached at 1-800-696-8105.

Unfortunately, individuals who do not have a valid Convention badge will not be allowed to enter Convention events. All registrants must be 21 or older.
